Common questions
How do I claim my church?
Open the church in the app and choose Claim this church. Tell us your role and how to verify it. Once approved you can edit the listing, add photos and post events.
A church's details are wrong, or it is missing
Listings come from OpenStreetMap, a public map anyone can contribute to. Email us and we will correct it. Claiming a church lets you keep its details right yourself.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This removes your profile, posts, comments, connections and saved items, and cannot be undone. Records of ticket purchases are kept, because tax law requires it.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to show churches and events near you. You can refuse, or switch it off later in your iPhone's Settings — search by city still works. Your exact location is never shown to anyone else.
Refunds for event tickets
Tickets are sold by the church or organiser running the event, and their refund policy applies. Contact the organiser first; email us if you cannot reach them.
Reporting something
Posts, comments and profiles can be reported from inside the app. Reports are reviewed and acted on. For anything urgent, email us directly.
